The one thing do have control over is how we speak to ourselves and for so many of us the majority of the talk that goes on inside our head is damn right mean;

“I look disgusting in those leggings.”

“I’ll never be able to achieve that.”

“I’m not and never will be smart enough.”

“I’m the fattest one in the room.”

“I can’t do that.”

“Don’t embarrass yourself by even trying that.”

Use these 3 questions to help you change your thoughts and show yourself more compassion.

This is a positive mindset practice, consistent practice will deliver the rewards.
