I totally get it, I’m in exactly the same situation as you.
I’m currently in lockdown in the UK with my daughter and parents and my husband is over 7000km’s away in Dubai. I feel lucky to not be sick and that my family is safe.
It’s times like these I can fully embody my expertise in coaching to cultivate a positive mindset, remain calm and keep up a healthy lifestyle.
For me, the way I do this best is to set goals. Goal setting helps me take control of the controllable, keeps me motivated and enables me to focus on doing something meaningful that will create a lasting positive impact on my life and those around me.
It helps me, I’ll be able to look back at this time knowing I did my best.
Once I shifted my mindset from a place of uncertaining and fear I started to think more positively, feel more in control and then adapted how I did things so I could still prioritise the important things in my life.

You can join the virtual workshop with video or audio only, do whatever is most comfortable for you.
