Part 2 – getting clear on what you want in 2019
You have an idea of what you would like to accomplish/ change/ achieve in 2019 now it’s time to get clear on what you need to do to make it your best year yet. This exercise will help you identify what you need to prioritise, prompt you to identify your reasons for wanting to do this and help you start to set specific goals you can work towards during 2019.
Watch the video and use the worksheet to complete the exercise. You may want to print a copy of the worksheet for each of your ‘lifestyle categories’, please remember though, 1-3 goals is plenty!
