Week 1: Defining your values, goals and priorities
In the first week you’ll learn the steps for setting goals that will elevate your professional career and enhance the quality of your personal life for the next 1- 10 years. You’ll prioritise your goals so you know exactly what to focus your energy on and when and make a 90 day plan so you know what action steps to prioritise.
Week 2: Mindset training techniques for building self-confidence
In the second week you will uncover the limiting beliefs that have been holding you back in your career and personal life and learn how to retrain your mind to cultivate more positive thoughts that will help build your self-confidence.
Week 3: Learning the self-care rituals of highly confident women
In the third week you’ll integrate healthy lifestyle habits to nourish your mind, body and emotional wellbeing alongside setting up essential success rituals for continuous personal growth.
Week 4: Living aligned and becoming unstoppable
In the final week you’ll learn what it takes to show-up confidently everyday and take unstoppable action towards your professional and personal goals.
