Perfect pre or post workout/ training smoothie bowl or a refreshing way to start your day as this smoothie is packed with protein, carbohydrates and healthy fats.
Ingredients
Serves 1
1 cup of ice
1/2 cup of coconut water
1/2 cup of coconut milk
1 tsp of maca powder
1 scoop of plant-based vanilla protein powder (I recommend NuZest)
1 small banana
Extra for toppings:
Dried coconut, chia seeds, homemade granola and cacao nibs
Direction
Place all ingredients into blender or Vita Mix and process until smooth.
Pour into bowl and decorate with toppings.
