The texture of this smoothie is really thick – like melting ice-cream – so I prefer to turn this into a smoothie bowl, top with blueberries, walnuts and extra cacao nibs and eat with a spoon.
Ingredients
1 cup of ice
1 small banana
1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I used NuZest plant based protein)
1 tablespoon of natural peanut butter
1/2 cup of coconut water
1 tbsp of seed mix – flax/pumpkin/sunflower
1 tbsp of cacao nibs
2 squares of raw chocolate (I used Pana Chocolate)
1 tsp of maca powder (can be omitted)
1 tsp of L-Glutamine (can be omitted)
Direction
Place all ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth.
