Roasted Spicy Brussel Sprouts

Serves 2

2 cups of Brussel Sprouts, each one cut in half

1 tbsp of melted coconut oil

2 tsp of ground cumin powder

1/2 white onion, sliced

1 garlic clove cut in half

To season Himalayan Rock salt


Preheat the oven to 180 degrees

In a baking dish add the coconut oil, sprouts, onion and garlic, stir and cover the vegetables with the oil

Sprinkle over the cumin powder

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, stirring once after 10 minutes

Remove from oven

Season with salt

Serve as a side dish
