Shredded Brussel Sprouts

Serves 2

2 cups of fresh Brussel sprouts, thinly sliced with a sharp knife (shredded)

1 clove of garlic, crushed

1/2 red onion, thinly sliced

2 tbsp of extra-virgin olive oil

Chopped fresh parsley to garnish


Heat the extra-virgin olive oil in a frying pan

Add the garlic and onion and cook on a medium heat for 2-3 minutes

Add the shredded sprouts to the pan and stir and cook for 5 minutes

Remove from heat and season with Himalayan Rock salt and freshly ground black pepper and garnish with the freshly chopped parsley
