Simple Guacamole

Nutrient rich, creamy guacamole dip or side dish.


Serves 4

1 1/2 ripe avocados, I get my avocados from Greenheart Organic

1 clove of garlic, crushed

1 red chilli pepper, deseeded and thinly sliced

1 small pot of natural yogurt (approx. 4 tablespoons)

1 fresh lime, juiced

Season with Himalayan Pink salt, black pepper, chopped fresh parsley


  • Use a small food processor and scoop in the avocado, add the garlic and 1/2 of the red chilli peppers.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Add the yogurt and lime juice and pulse through the avocado.
  • Before emptying the processor, stir in the remaining red chilli pepper and season.
  • Scoop guacamole into a serving bowl and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
