Super speedy and super tasty butterbean dip, what’s more, it’s low in calories and a great option to add moe protein into your diet.
Ingredients
4 servings
1 tin of butterbeans in water, drained and rinsed
½ clove of garlic
1 tsp of cumin
2 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp of water
¼ cup of extra-virgin olive oil
Season with Himalayan rock salt and black pepper
Direction
Add all ingredients into a small food processor and blend until smooth and creamy.
Spoon into a serving dish and enjoy with your favourite vegetable sticks or crackers.
